The team at Vital Churches Institute understands the complex nature of church organizational bodies and their auxillary systems. When working with VCI, all participants are respectfully treated and encouraged with graceful accountability. Transformation is a process filled with blessings and hard challenges that will be the catalyst for change. VCI teaches practices that honor people and ministries of your churches' past as plans are set in motion to seek the future the Lord has placed in the hearts of His people. More specifically, VCI seeks to:

• Equip and encourage governing bodies, pastors, and congregational leaders in transformational ministry design.
• Offer the theology and practices of transformational ministry and missional endeavor.
• Lead the revitalization and resurgance of the established church and offer practical new church development.
