Enjoy Life, Enjoy God

In my grandparents' front yard was an Artesian well, a spring bubbling up with cool, clean water. People came from all over to drink it. 24/7/365, the water refreshed; it gave life.

In that day you will say:
"I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. Surely God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid....With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation."

-Isaiah 12:1-3 TNIV

Isaiah speaks not only of the refreshment of God's forgiveness, but a drink of really re-newing water: Drinking from the wells of salvation. Jesus spoke to a woman in John 4, of a drink that would quench the thirsts of her life forever. He spoke of Isaiah's well.

Bottled water and refreshment drinks have become a huge market. Yet the water, the well of which Isaiah spoke and points us to, quenches thirsts as none other.
