Enjoy Life, Enjoy God

Often the word, "yet," sits in a line of thought following an affirmation, a positive sentence; and while it's only three letters, it sets up a powerful point to come.

I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another. Yet I have written you quite boldly on some points to remind of them again...
                                                  --Romans 15:14,15 TNIV

Did you see it? The "yet?" He tells the Romans that they are capable, and have the tools to live as disciples. YET...he wrote the Letter to them, the Epistle to the Romans "to remind them." Imagine reducing "Romans" to a reminder.

Thank God, we have this "reminder." Yes, we have the capability, the faith, YET, we may need reminders. What shall we do with the reminders we're given today?
