IF-THEN

The "if-then's" of life are important to ponder and heed.

There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise
                                                      --Galatians 3:28,29 TNIV

The Galatians ignored Paul's message--they made a big deal of Gentile-Jew, male-female, slave-free. But Paul lifts to their attention the if-then.

Christians, churches that forget the if-then risk missing the center of the good news. Take a moment and re-read 3:28,29. Ponder the if-then...oh, then heed it! There is life and good news in this if-then.
